Joanne Plourde, Controller

Joanne joined Dimensional Thinking in 2012 with over 25 years of experience working with businesses, assisting them with their financial and accounting systems. As Controller, she is responsible for all financial and HR processes for Dimensional Thinking, including reporting, accounting, and analysis.

Known for her attention to detail and accuracy, Joanne enjoys the challenge of working with new systems, new currencies, and new applications to ensure deadlines are met in a timely and precise manner. Serving as the Controller for a Massachusetts non-profit and a multi-state garden center and landscaping operation, she has worked with many different accounting systems over the years.

A native New Englander, Joanne now lives in Sugar Hill with her husband and enjoys having her daughter and grandchildren nearby. She is also an avid gardener, growing vegetables and herbs year-round.
