Brian Frick, VP of Sales & Recruiting

At Dimensional Thinking, Brian oversees business development, account management, and recruiting. He also manages several accounts directly. For the past six years, he has been providing specialized staffing services across a variety of industries, including IT, sales, finance and accounting organizations.

Brian joined Dimensional Thinking in early 2011 and has over 11 years of experience in business development, sales management and recruiting. He has served as VP of sales and recruiting since December 2014.

Before Dimensional Thinking, Brian began his working career as an agent for a mid-size real estate company in the Metro Atlanta area. He quickly became the firm’s top producer and was promoted to a management broker role, responsible for agent recruiting, training, and sales management. As a management broker, Brian ultimately expanded the agent roster to over one hundred associates across multiple high-performing locations.

Brian lives with his wife, two kids, and dog Baxter in Grayson, GA, where you can usually find him coaching baseball, playing golf or being outdoors.
