Julia Frick, CFO

As Dimensional Thinking’s Chief Financial Officer, Julia is responsible for the financial stewardship of the company, including analyzing financials, evaluating cash flow and managing banking relationships to maintain a strong financial position.

Hardworking and detail-oriented, Julia has over 20 years of experience in financial analysis and managing financial controls. She utilizes her experiences in the banking industry to ensure the stability of strategic development with an appropriate eye to risk management in helping the company achieve its objectives.

Before Dimensional Thinking, Julia worked for five years as a VP at Wachovia Bank, N.A. There, she was responsible for coordinating with teams of lending officers to ensure the profitability, safety, and soundness of various loan portfolios. Julia also worked as a Banking Officer at SunTrust Bank, N.A. In this role, she made credit decisions under deadline while managing the soundness and profitability of the credit and collections of thousands of companies on behalf of the bank and the bank’s clients.

Outside of work, Julia is devoted to preparing her and her husband’s three children for college, careers, and life as Servant Leaders.
